The "In Full Swing" jazz band has been awarded the "Best of the Best V" LACONI (Library Administrators Council of Northern Illinois) Outreach/Promotion/Programming Section. This is the second time the band has been selected for the LACONI award. The award is given based on outstanding performances by the IFS jazz orchestra throughout Northern Illinois.
